Amend Article 3, Section 2 of the Charter to remove reference to the Logistics Officer and create an entry for the Chief of Staff (“The Bravo Fleet Chief of Staff is charged with maintaining the roster of the Fleet. They are also responsible for overseeing awards, competitions, and promotions.” Please note: the CoS will not be a member of the BFSS). This vote is regulated by Article I, Section 3 of the Bravo Fleet Charter and requires a simple majority (51%) of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty.
