Open Staff Positions
The Command Adjutant, Internet Office (CA, IO) is responsible for assisting the Bravo Fleet Internet Officer (BFIO) in the day-to-day operations of the Internet Office. This includes managing the Graphics Department, the WordPress-based Bravo Fleet Management System (BFMS), and the fleet’s MediaWiki Infobase. The Internet Office also explores, tests, and implements new technologies for the fleet, including Discord bots, Nova themes, and a new Fleet Management System. The CA, IO is also responsible for fulfilling service requests, assisting members with accounts, and fixing bugs.
A strong CA, IO candidate is skilled in PHP (Laravel), HTML/CSS, MediaWiki, Nova by Anodyne Productions (PHP/Codeigniter), and Photoshop.
Members of Bravo Fleet’s Software Team are responsible for exploring, testing, and implementing new technologies for Bravo Fleet. The Software Team is currently working to develop Bravo Fleet’s new Fleet Management System (FMS) based on the Laravel framework. Developers in Bravo Fleet understand Model-View-Controller and Create-Read-Update-Delete systems, using this knowledge to build new features in our FMS.
Nova Specialists assist Commanding Officers in building their Nova-based games. Specialists help install Nova, troubleshoot problems, and even modify skins/themes for our games. They also create Bravo Fleet branded Nova skins available to our entire community.
A strong Nova Specialist candidate is proficient in Nova by Anodyne Productions (PHP/Codeigniter) and HTML/CSS.
The Bravo Fleet Graphics Director is responsible for managing the fleet’s Graphics Department. They oversee the graphics team in fulfilling graphics requests for avatar manipulations, plaques, patches, and more. The Graphics Director also assists the Bravo Fleet Admiralty in creating images such as game banners, fleet logos, awards, and other official images.
A strong Graphics Director candidate is skilled in Photoshop and understands team management.
Members of the Bravo Fleet Graphics Department are responsible for helping members of our community create graphics for their games and stories. They fulfill graphics ranging from avatar manipulations and mission banners to plaques and patches.
A strong Graphics Designer is proficient in Photoshop.
The Command Adjutant, Lore Office (CA, Lore) is responsible for assisting the Loremaster in defining canon for the entire fleet. They work closely with Task Force Senior Staffs and Commanding Officer to create stories for each of our Task Forces in the fleet’s main timeline.
A strong CA, Lore understands the in-character history of Star Trek, including the different cultures and technologies seen on-screen.
Technology Team Member
Members of Bravo Fleet’s Technology Team are responsible for creating new in-character technology for the fleet. Team members assist in designing ship specifications and other technology used on our games.
A strong Technology Team candidate understands the in-character history of Star Trek, including the different technologies used on-screen.
Canon Team Member
Members of Bravo Fleet’s Canon Team are responsible for developing in-character history for the fleet. Team members assist in writing new species, governments, and cultures used in our Task Forces.

The Command Adjutant, Communications Office (CA, Comms) works with the Bravo Fleet Communications Officer, representing the fleet to outside players. The CA, Comms helps manage Bravo Fleet’s social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter) and they post advertisements for the fleet on various recruitment forums and Discord servers.
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting Commanding Officer recruit members for their games. They help Game Managers write recruitment advertisements and they find locations for GMs to post their advertisements.
The Bravo Fleet Academy Vice Commandant is the Command Adjutant for the Academy. They are responsible for developing curriculum for the Academy, both for players and Commanding Officers. They also guide students through our various Academy courses as an instructor.
A strong Vice Commandant candidate has experience as an instructor, player, and Game Manager. They also have a firm understanding of the English language.
Bravo Fleet Academy Instructors are responsible for guiding students through our various Academy courses. They grade assignments, answer questions about course material, and provide assistance to new Commanding Officers and players in the fleet.
A strong Instructor candidate has experience as both a player and Game Manager. They also have a firm understanding of the English language.
Members of the Hall of Honour Awards team assist in developing new awards and competitions for the fleet. They work closely with the Chief of Staff to design fun and interesting ways to engage and reward our community. Hall of Honour team members also help run fleet-wide events.
The Bravo Fleet Magistrate Investigator is responsible for investigating any complaints filed with the Magistrate Office. They act under the direction of the Bravo Fleet Magistrate and, upon the completion of an investigation, file formal charges with the Magistrate Office on behalf of the fleet. During trials, the Investigator presents their case to the Magistrate, based on information gathered during an investigation.
The Bravo Fleet Magistrate Defender is responsible for defending any accused person in the fleet. Upon the completion of an investigation, the Defender will represent the accused party during a trial with the Bravo Fleet Magistrate and the Investigator.
