Captain Oteng has received his twofold assignment from TF86: (1) fly the flag of the Federation and represent Starfleet and (2) impose law and order by performing interdiction in a generally lawless region where “might makes right” and survival depends largely on ruthlessness. The crew is relatively new; with transfers from the Los Angeles mixed with new officers. Together, they will learn to become one crew, united by purpose and friendship.
