Verdict in Case JAG-007: Bravo Fleet v. Aoife McKenzie

Members of the Bravo Fleet,

The Bravo Fleet Judge Advocate General’s Office has convened and issued a verdict in the pending case of Bravo Fleet v. Aoife McKenzie (aka Jess). Following an investigation, Aoife McKenzie was charged with two counts of Plagiarism and One count of False Statements.

Two Counts of Plagiarism: GUILTY
One Count of False Statements: GUILTY

Punishment:

  • DEMOTION one rank grade to the rank of Commander
  • REMOVAL from the position of Task Group Commanding Officer
  • GENERAL PROBATION of 12 months
  • LETTER OF REPRIMAND permanently applied to the member’s dossier;
