Task Force 99 is happy to welcome back the USS Harbinger. It has been over a hear since the sim closed. Please help me welcome back Captain Devin Neely to the command chair, in Task Force 99.
The USS Harbinger takes place in 2788. After a long and dragged out war, the Federation launches a new campaign of exploration. The Harbinger’s directive is to seek out new technology and to make first contact with any new potential allies.
