Greetings Bravo Fleet!
I have a lot of very exciting changes to share with you all today, so let’s jump right into the new updates!
New Deputy Security Officer
First and foremost, please join me in congratulating Mamof on his promotion to Deputy Security Officer! Mamof has been instrumental in helping me implement these changes; we definitely would not be ready for these updates without him. He’s been a sounding board for my wacky ideas and has been invaluable with helping to build and shape this new content. I am very confident that the future of Bravo Fleet gaming will be in great hands with Mamof as our new Deputy! Congratulations!
New Supported Games
Without further delay, let’s get to the main course! Ever since I’ve stepped into the Security Officer position, one of my main goals has been to expand our gaming offerings, and I’m happy to say that today we are realizing this goal! Below, you will find a list of all of our newly Supported Games!
We have put in a lot of work creating these new policies for you all to enjoy, and we’re so excited to see how gaming continues to evolve here at Bravo Fleet! With more choices than ever before, you’ll be able to earn more ribbons and awards playing our Supported Games with other Bravo Fleet members! We will be continuing to add to this list with future updates, so if you don’t see a game on this list that you enjoy playing, and you think it has potential to be supported, please feel free to reach out to either Mamof or myself so we can look into potentially adding it in a future content release! We hope you enjoy these new policies as much as we enjoyed creating them for you. Below is a list of all the newly added games being added:
- Among Us
- Battleship
- Battlestar Galactica: Deadlock
- Brawlhalla
- Call of Duty Mobile
- Cards Against Formality
- Connect 4
- DC Universe Online
- Destiny 2
- Diablo 4
- DOTA 2
- Final Fantasy XIV
- Fortnite: Battle Royale + Battle Royale: Zero Build
- Gauntlet Slayer Edition
- Heroes of the Storm
- League of Legends
- Overwatch 2
- Pokemon GO
- SMITE
- Star Wars: Battlefront Classic Collection
- Star Wars: The Old Republic
- UNO!
- World of Warcraft
We have also made sure to update our existing policies as well, and you can find those below:
Please note: Given the state of the game, we did make the decision to remove Star Trek Infinite from our lineup, mostly due to the game no longer being supported, and especially with the multiplayer feature most likely disappearing in the near future. We will continue to review all added games for compatibility, and will let you know if any other games lose their multiplayer functions and need to be removed from our lineup.
Casual Gaming
Don’t see your favorite game listed under our Supported Games? Not to worry! Under our Casual Gaming policy, members can still play ANY game that they like and submit for rewards! The only requirement in this policy is that the game must be able to show a completed score screen, leaderboard, or similar for a completed round/game/match. We will periodically be reviewing the games submitted under the Casual policy to see if we can potentially add them as a Supported Game, so please feel free to reach out if you think your game would be a good addition to our list!
Discord Channel Update
As you may have noticed, we have recently updated our Discord ‘General’ and ‘Entertainment’ sections to the new forum-style listing. We have decided to take the same approach with our gaming channels! Now, under one forum channel, you will be able to find a topic for all of our newly supported content and can chat with other Bravo Fleet members about these new games! Having said that, the only game we will keep outside of the forum is Star Trek Online since this is arguably our main Star Trek game for our members. We hope that you enjoy this new change in the ‘Gaming’ section of Discord, and we look forward to chatting with you about all of our newly supported games in the forum!
Potential New Staff
With all of the above updates comes the possibility of adding new staff to the Security Office to help us maintain these policies, and to help us write new policies as we continue to identify and add more potential games. If this is something that you would be interested in, please let either myself or Mamof know so we can potentially discuss new staffing opportunities with you. We aren’t done yet, and we’re excited to continue growing gaming within Bravo Fleet. If you feel like you’re up to the challenge, please let us know!
If you have any questions on anything covered above, please feel free to reach out to either myself or Mamof and we will be happy to address and questions you may have.
Happy Gaming Bravo Fleet!
