Operations Office Report #5 – NEW Deputy Operations Officer

February 22, 2025

Dear Bravo Fleet,

It’s me again—your Friendly Neighborhood Operations Officer—back with another exciting announcement! The Operations Department is thriving, with our staff roster filling up nicely and everyone finding their rhythm. I couldn’t be happier with how things are shaping up! To ensure we continue on this path of excellence, I’m pleased to introduce my new Deputy Operations Officer: Varen Wyll (Greyimage)!

Captain Varen is a familiar and respected name within Bravo Fleet, known for his unwavering dedication and years of service. His contributions span multiple areas, including the Task Force Staff and the Academy Staff, where he has been instrumental in mentoring and guiding members. His deep knowledge of fleet operations, combined with his passion for fostering community and engagement, makes him the perfect choice to help lead the Operations Department into the future.

In taking on this new adventure with me and the rest of the OPS family, Varen has chosen to step down from his role as Deputy Academy Commandant. But fear not! His commitment to the Bravo Fleet Academy remains strong—he wyll continue to play a crucial role as a Staff Assistant, ensuring that students benefit from his wisdom, experience, and dedication to their success.

Please join me in welcoming Varen to his new role! And now, a few words from the man himself;

“Good Morning Bravo Fleet! Just a quick one to say how excited I am to be working with you all in this new role! Bravo Fleet has long been a hive of collaborative creation that has amazed me and I’m looking forward to squeezing into my garishly coloured spandex suit to assist you all alongisde our friendly neighbourhood Operations Officer. My virtual inbox is always open, whether it be warp cores, cool story thoughts (a dramatic stare and some overt religious symbolism are big wins), or if you simply need some assistance with the day-to-day. You are always welcome to drop me a message, a gif or a slice of cake (P.O Box addresses are available on request.) I’m looking forward to the journey team, let’s go have some adventures.”
