Operations Office Report #3.1 – Quick Update

February 8, 2025

Hello Bravo Fleet!

Your Friendly Neighborhood Operations Officer here with a quick update!
So far, we’ve received five applications—which is fantastic! It’s truly inspiring to see so many members eager to contribute to the Fleet’s success.

I also want to take a moment to spotlight two incredible staff members who have been doing an amazing job. Curious about their experiences? Check them out here:

Are you now even more interested in what these leadership roles involve? Here’s a quick rundown:

Task Force Executive Officer (TFXO)

TFXOs serve as the second-in-command of a Task Force, helping foster camaraderie, organizing competitions, and guiding members through the rank system. They also participate in Bravo Fleet Command, helping shape the fleet’s direction. To apply, you must be at least a Lieutenant Commander—while previous staff experience is not required, it is highly recommended.

Task Group Commanding Officer (TGCO)

TGCOs act as a stepping stone to becoming TFXOs. They work alongside TFCOs and TFXOs, helping build a sense of community, running competitions, and mentoring members. If you’re at least a Lieutenant, this could be a great leadership opportunity for you! No prior staff experience is necessary.

Applications are open until Friday, the 14th! If you’re interested, apply here.
