Do U-Know-Pia Fleet Yards

The Federation has lost a lot of ships and crews in the last 12 months and Starfleet is noticeably weaker for it. With the threat of a more aggressive Klingon Empire and a rise in civil unrest that threatens to explode into conflict on the Cardassian Border, the admiralty are reaching back into the mothballed fleets looking for vessels to reactivate. Unfortunately our frustratingly clumsy intern has recently had been assigned to the rebuilt Utopia Planitia fleet yards and has managed to assign their own summaries to the ship records.

Following your success with the Department of Temporal Investigations (not that they would admit it) and the very grateful Diplomatic service aboard Starbase Bravo, the brass have turned to you. Can you work out which ship class the intern is referring to?
