Summary
Born on the unincorporated outpost planet Trellis V. Orphaned at a young age–does not remember his parents. Rescued during a mercy mission to the planet at age 11 and placed in foster care on Earth. Foster parents Benjamin and Sarah Wheelen. Sarah Wheelen was a Star Fleet officer who got Carson a spot at Star Fleet Academy.
