Vistia Xe

The first officer of the Redding is a tall, thin, bald Deltan whose vow of chastity is on record. She has a no-nonsense attitude and is an exceptional marksman. She exudes inner peace and emotional control.

She enrolled in Starfleet in 2368 and her first posting was as a security officer on Delta Planet, where she remained until 2395. She requested reassignment on a starship and the USS Redding is her first posting in space.
