Pippa P'Ipari

P’Ipari is a Vulcan looking to study science in Starfleet. She’s average in most ways; average height, average facial features, average academy record, etc. What sets her apart is the fact that, despite her Vulcan heritage, she’s constantly striving to be more emotional in the little ways that make her human peers more comfortable around her. She’s pale-skinned, somewhat spindly, and she has red-brown hair and grayish-brown eyes.
