Donal Garec

Commander Garec is a seasoned officer who has spent most of his Starfleet career away from starships. On stations, planetary installations, and in small units, he has run security details, intelligence operations, and managed large-scale logistics. It was through this work that he met Fleet Captain Faust, and over the years grew to be her strong right hand in Starfleet operations. He made the shift to ship-based service a decade ago – less than a third of the time of his long career – and was her first choice as XO of the USS Redemption. Garec is a gruff, no-nonsense personality who is doggedly loyal to his captain and shares her vision of a Federation kept safe by strong hands and eternal vigilance.
