Sey'lin

Sey’lin is an adventurous and crafty Kobali. She explores nearby space and salvages wrecked ships or destroyed ones, using the new technology and equipment to learn more about engineering on her own without a teacher. She does not know who or what she was before her transformation; only that they must have had engineering knowledge, as she continues to excel in that field. Recently, she was field commissioned to become a Starfleet Strategic Operations officer, due to her extensive knowledge on the powerful players in the Delta Quadrant.
