Gwen Carrick

Gwen Carrick is Chief Engineer of the USS Swiftsure. Intelligent and capable, her talents did not entirely compensate at the Academy for her sharp tongue and occasionally surly disposition, and she has a lot to learn about teamwork, let alone leadership. Ensign Carrick is part of the crop of young officers catapulted into more senior positions much sooner than expected in the aftermath of Frontier Day and its ensuing personnel crisis.
