Gwen Carrick

Gwen Carrick is Chief Engineer of the USS Constantinople. Intelligent and capable, her talents did not entirely compensate at the Academy for her sharp tongue and occasionally surly disposition, and she has a lot to learn about teamwork, let alone leadership. Ensign Carrick is part of the crop of young officers catapulted into more senior positions much sooner than expected in the aftermath of Frontier Day and its ensuing personnel crisis. She was part of the set of officers transferred from the USS Swiftsure after they assumed leadership roles following the crisis, moved to a less high-profile but no less-challenging assignment.
