Hali Drix

Bright and bubbly, Ensign Drix is the Chief Operations Officer of the USS Constantinople. On the surface, she can appear air-headed and superficial, behaviours which hide a keen mind if she focuses on the matter at hand. Ensign Drix is part of the crop of young officers catapulted into more senior positions much sooner than expected in the aftermath of Frontier Day and its ensuing personnel crisis.
