The chatty Oyvo is always willing to chamption other over herself, sometimes to the detriment of her own achievements. Quick witted and calm under pressure the young Xindi woman is quickly rising through the ranks after graduating the Academy on Mellstoxx III with several awards of excellence on her docket, she was quickly snapped up into an apprenticeship with the Starfleet Corp of Engineers. During her 2 year stint with the group operating out of Starbase Bravo she found herself across the quadrant working on the corp’s safer projects, her appetite wetted and a desire to see what was beyond the safety of the Federation’s core she transferred to Starfleet Operations and has never looked back.
