Harris Tan

Harris Eugene Tan is the Executive officer/Flight Control officer aboard the USS Thyanis – NCC-88019. He has a distinguished career as a Starfighter pilot with thousands of flight hours across multiple airframes. He has recently begun to expand his career into a command role and after achieving his command qualification was assigned to the USS Thyanis for his piloting expertise while he gains experience to apply to a more permanent command

Harris is new to the reigns of a command position with little experience in the role outside his experience as a squadron leader & flight lead.  He can lead small groups very effectively but struggles with larger and more complex crews. Harris is still quite hands-on and doesn’t like to delegate tasks as much as he should, he is essentially a starting point for developing into a strong and effective leader under the right guidance.
