Assigned by The Romulan Star Empire to Star Fleet during the Dominion War as a ‘Direct Liaison Officer’ between the Federation and RSE, based initially on Earth at the Starfleet Diplomatic Service, came to a realisation that the Federation’s Values of expansion by cooperation and mutual respect fitted into his aligned vales of Ambassador Spooks movement. Fully trained in Diplomacy by RSE, Jiris asked for Protected Status that was granted as a result of his ethics in not relaying Sensitive Information he gained on Earth with his RSE Superiors. Passing his basic training to work on a Star Ship and undertaking the full set of courses to join the Diplomatic Service. Obviously Single and fairly alone, in terms of friends, he’s taken to reading Earth Literature and exploring both the Planet and Sol System
