Daelus Percian

Freshly graduated from Starfleet Academy, Ensign Percian was considered not just a highly promising astrophysicist, but a talented young officer who could likely prove himself one of Starfleet’s great omni-disciplinarian scientists. This meant that his choice of assignment to the USS Nighthawk, hardly a prestigious or promising scientific post, was a great surprise to his mentors. Why he chose to hitch his star to this relatively inauspicious border cutter was a mystery to many.

Ensign Percian died in the Battle of Izar during the Lost Fleet Crisis of 2401, killed at his bridge post. Percian was among those posthumously awarded the Medal of Gallantry for the Nighthawk’s role in winning the battle.
