He was assigned to Starbase Bravo as an Ensign and operations officer from 2394-2396. Transferred to USS Garrison at the end of 2396 and promoted to Assistant Chief Operations Officer. Promoted to Lieutenant in 2397. Serves with distinction aboard the Garrison until he applied in October of 2400 for the US Edinburgh and was accepted as Chief Operations Officer.
On 10.15.2400, he was assigned to the USS Mackenzie as the Chief Operations Officer with the rank of Lieutenant. He was transferred as Chief Operations Officer to the USS Olympic on 3.01.2401. He was assigned as Chief Operations on the USS Daedalus on 7.15.2401. In a surprise reassignment, Dread and her crew were transferred to the Constitution III USS Douglas on 9.15.2401.
He was recruited and assigned to the position of Director of Operations at Montana Station on 10.17.2401
