Anna Church

Early Life:

Age 11 (2387): While in her 6th grade class in orbit around earth Anna discovered from her teachers that the Romulan sun had gone Supernova. At the time she didn’t fully understand what a Supernova was.

Age 12 (2388): In her 7th grade year she reads a news article that states that a faction from the Klingon Empire broke away from the Empire and the Federation Alliance; they called themselves “The Sovereignty of Kahless”. She becomes slightly afraid that they might come and attack Earth.

Age 13 (2389): Anna’s mother, Ali, comforts her when a fleet reporter reports that, “The Sovereignty of Kahless” has attacked multiple colonies and worlds along the Klingon Federation borders.

Age 15 (2391): During her Sophomore year of HS on the Moon at Luna Prime, she wrote a thesis about why the terrorist that called themselves “The Sovereignty of Kahless” and why they blew up the Xavier Fleet Yards, she scored an A- as she included that she felt remorse for those that had to follow orders from the captains of the ships that were apart of the terrorists.

Age 18 (2394): Graduated from Luna Prime as the Valedictorian. Applied for Starfleet Academy after completing her entrance exam.

Starfleet Academy:

Fall of 2394 Anna joins the other recruits for the Academy and heads for Earth and the Starfleet Academy at San Fransisco.

During her time at the academy, Anna studied Life Sciences while interning at the Hospital on base. While interning at the hospital she applied for a position aboard a ship that had recently been recommissioned as she wanted to show the fleet that she was ready; she was denied every time. However, during her time at both the academy and the base hospital news of the attack on mars was broadcasted. She volunteered to join a medical team that was being deployed to intercept the incoming transports that were en route to Earth. She aided the incoming injured both physically and mentally, as some of them thought that they were going to die.

It would take Anna six years before her requests to join a ship were accepted; to the USS Denver, but not as a nurse or doctor but rather as a morale officer. Though this was not the position that she had trained so hard for, she knew that this was the position that called out to her, and her experience during the mars attack had helped her in taking the offered position.
