Summary
This Trill officer is a former administrative assistant who transferred to a starship after years of keeping records for Starfleet on Earth. He transferred to Task Force 93 in early 2400, fearing he would be unable to serve on a starship otherwise. Since this time he has taken the position of helmsman or the USS Thyanis under its captain, Kurios.
