Ops: Ensign Phillip McLeod- dark skin- from Caribbean. No accent, born in Caribbean but grew up on a starship. Has already served one tour on the Inverness before the current crew came over. Al-Qadir was so impressed with his record he asked him to stay on as his Chief of Operations.
