Summary
Formerly Sub-commander Thasaz for the Romulan Star Empire on the now destroyed station Rogasa, she is now the Chief Science Officer on the Edinburgh. A consummate scientist, her mind is on the exploration of the theories and ideas. She is 60 years old in 2400.

Personality
Thasaz is a scientist first, and a Romulan second. She is driven to discovery, understanding, knowledge, and exploration before anything. Her consistent need to understand the universe is a part of who she is.
History
Romulan Star Empire (2340-2400)
Not much is known about Thasaz before Starfleet. She served on the Rogasa station from 2362 to 2400 – an incredible 38 years. In that time she went from a fresh Romulan Officer to ending her career as Sub-Commander of the station and the science operations there. The station was destroyed to look like an attack by the USS Erigone.
There is considerable evidence that in her later years, she, with others in the Empire, acted as double agents with the Federation. This is not known to the Romulan Star Empire and remains a secret well-guarded.
She was rescued by Commander Harris of the USS Erigone and granted asylum with the Federation, where she was transferred to the USS Edinburgh when Harris was reassigned.
Starfleet (2400-2401)
She was the chief science officer on the USS Edinburgh.
Civilian Operations
She was assigned the role of Captain of the NAR Journey on July 3, 2400. It is an Olympic Class Transport. The Kaseas Colony group was assigned as her crew.
Revenge Tour
She was given the chance to take the fight to what was left of Patra’s work. She leaves the Edinburgh on 10.6.2400.
USS Mackenzie
She returned to the Mackenzie after helping to take down a Syndicate base. She is the Chief Science Officer.
