Formerly named “Emergency Command Hologram,” she has assumed the name of a young woman Commander Harris saved during a previous command.
Rachel McKee was an engineering officer on the USS Garrison in 2390 when the ship came under attack by pirates. She was rescued by Ambrose Harris, who lost a leg in the incident, barely getting her out of danger. She was in ICU for a month in critical condition and nearly died. She resigned from Starfleet. The last reports in 2400 have her working in Denver on a power support project.

McKee is a holographic program that has been built to learn as she goes. She has command protocol programming along with a ship’s counselor subprogram installed. She is inquisitive and curious.

Life Starts
Rachel was programmed by Ambrose Harris, Jordan Reid, and officers from Starbase Bravo. She was tested on Bravo and then installed on the USS Erigone.
