Charflotte Fawkes

A Starfleet officer for nearly 20 years, Charlotte Irene Rose Fawkes currently commands the USS Rhea. Throughout her career, she dedicated herself to the natural sciences, including astrophysics, astronomy, cosmology, and xenobiology, where her assignments were primarily focused on special phenomena. Fawkes did participate in Romulan relief and relocation efforts and later saw action during the Klingon civil conflict.

A professional at work, she can be a taskmaster when the need arises but ultimately places responsibility upon herself. Curious to a fault, Fawkes sometimes lacks caution and can be stubborn. Despite her hard-driving work ethic, Charlotte is typically warm and genuinely kind to her friends and coworkers. Due to her upbringing, Charlotte has physical grace and emotional charm that aid her in diplomatic tasks. When on Duty, Charlotte can be cordial and even forgiving at times. Off duty, especially with her fiancée, she can be quite flirty.

… looked into the incident of 2376, Fawkes claims she was defending a fellow student from harassment when she repeatedly punched second year student, Bernard Roberts. Normally polite, no doubt due to her upbringing, Fawkes has a strong sense of justice. Charlotte is an exceptional cadet, near the top of her class, though her trouble with authority is still a key issue. She has a very healthy sense of humor which is an obvious defense against personal attachment. Fawkes undersells herself and at times can come off as supercilious.
