Joseph Dean

Joseph Dean joined Starfleet out of a desire to explore and see new places. While he began his first tour of duty, he discovered that he was skilled in operations, specifically in disaster and damage control for ships, starbases, and planetary settings. A jovial but dedicated and at time imposing leader, he is an expert in finding the experts and organizing the work that needs to be done to get things back to normal.
