Summary
Dr. Marie Delacour was the Chief Medical Officer of Starbase Bravo from 2394 until her retirement in 2401. She ruled her domain as a Queen-Empress and was well known for her exacting standards and lack of patience. With a background as a neurosurgeon, she is much more at home in the operating theater dealing with extremely precise operations than with dealing as things so petty as the thoughts and feelings of her patients or colleagues. Still, she is an able administrator and cares much more deeply than her performative iciness would lead her peers to believe.
