Dean Matthews

Matthews was born on Mars colony where he spent much of his early years before relocating to a small town just outside of London on Earth. Matthews enlisted in Starfleet following the death of his parents during the Breen assault on Earth during the Dominion war. Following his graduation from the academy Matthews was posted to the utopia planitia ship yards on Mars where he served as an engineer primarily responsible for inspection of newly fitted warp plasma manifolds on newly constructed vessels.
