Debbie Gless

Debbie — once a Starfleet engineer for over three decades — left the service to become the proprietor of Ten Forward, first on the Lancelot and now on the Adelphi. She’s every bit a shit-talker and, as head Hostess in her Ten Forward domain, doesn’t hesitate to dish up her amazing lemon bars with a side of motherly advice. Sometimes referred to as “Hurricane Gless,” Debbie is known to be a bit of a force of nature at times. Moral of the story: don’t cross her.
