Summary
Growing up on New Sydney and freighters along trade routes outside the Federation, Lieutenant Drake was a talented pilot and an able, if occasionally over-confident officer. He was the Chief Flight Control Officer of the USS Endeavour in 2399. In September of that year he was killed in a riot on the refugee world of Teros.
