Former Commanding Officer of the 4th Fleet, now Captain Taylor took a voluntary demotion in order to venture amongst the stars once more.

Fleet Admiral Taylor is a former Commanding Officer of Star Fleet’s 4th Fleet – Bravo Fleet following his departure from the position of BFCO Admiral Taylor spent a few years out of uniform as a civilian raising a family and engaging with various projects aimed at helping the now decimated Romulan Empire.

In 2398 former Admiral Taylor become a Federation Ambassador after many years and many requests for his skills.
