Leo Serrano

Lieutenant Leo Serrano is the chief communications officer aboard the starship Federation. A linguist by training, Serrano manages the complex but outdated communications systems aboard the ship. Placid and pleasant, it’s hard to ruffle his feathers. His younger brother, Santiago Serrano, also serves in the Fourth Fleet.
