Summary
What some might call a medical prodigy, Grace Taylor has experienced a meteoric rise in the ranks to become a CMO so early in her career. She is warm and inviting and eager to prove herself to her usually older colleagues. Grace is excited for the potential in her new posting and eager to explore the cosmos.
Appearance
Grace has dark skin and black hair that she normally keeps up in a bun. She is 168 cm tall and normally has a warm smile on her face.
Personality
Grace’s patients often compliment her bedside manner. She is extremely compassionate and empathetic and is willing to trust her instincts and emotional intelligence when practicing medicine. Crewmates often feel comfortable talking to her outside of a medical context. During triage or emergency situations, sometimes her compassion can become a detriment, as she finds it hard to not focus on a single patient.
History
Grace showed an interest in medicine from a young age, and joined the Academy early at the age of 16. After graduation, she began training at Starfleet Medical and graduated at the top of her class. Her early postings were mainly on terestrial bases and starbases near the core worlds of the Federation. This is her first posting on the frontier.
