Summary

Following a series of off-duty incidents and failed interventions by her father, Mel was quietly transferred to the T’Seran under diplomatic authority. Officially she serves as a liaison officer, unofficially she’s the ship’s medical specialist. Always the outsider, she struggles daily to fit in, and rebuild her reputation.
