Issul

As a member of the Vulcan Science Academy, Issul is second-in-command of the RRW Zdenia, a crew blended between Vulcan scientsits and officers of the Romulan Republic Navy.  The Zdenia is on secondment to Starfleet’s Constellation Squadron.
