Kosh

A proud son of Vulcan, though he would never admit such things, Kosh came to Starfleet early in life. The sixth of his family to join Starfleet, he carries on a proud tradition of service to the Federation that stems back to its early days of formation. Unfortunately, he carries with it a certain arrogance and overconfidence of Vulcan custom and capability, believing that all may learn to be better if they were just a bit more… like him.

An astute tactician and scholar of many schools of military thought, his arrogant bravado is usually offset by his strategic knowledge. Though he walks a fine line in the eyes of his superiors, his positive contributions offset his negative ones. Most of the time.
