Behind every commanding officer is a strong woman, or does that sentence apply only to marriage? Well it would define Lerii quite well as her role on the Wakefield. She has a scientific background in ecologist and made her steps through the ranks in the field of science. Eventually landing in the XO spot on the Wakefield, after the previous first officer died in the Frontier Day crisis. She is known to the crew to be decisive and rather direct, not because she is rude, but its her way of caring and protecting those around her.
