Summary
Lieutenant Jakorr is the Tactical Officer of the USS Blackbird and serves as a strategic analyst for the ship’s special operations team, the Rooks. Jakorr is the second highest-ranking crewmember who is not part of the Rooks, and as such often fulfils the role of acting executive officer to Commander Ranicus when the unit is deployed.
He is a serious, often humourless man, committed to the mission of maintaining Federation security and interests.
