Summary
Vyn is a Starfleet Lieutenant in the Command Division on board the USS Tokyo. When ever the First Officer and Command Officer are not on the bridge, Vyn will have temporary command. Otherwise, when ever he is not on the bridge, he would be handing down orders to subordinates.
