Carmen Espinoza

Carmen Espinoza has spent most of her career on stations in the core of the Federation, and she’s perhaps best marked by restlessness- her first true ship posting, and it’s been almost as boring as station life. This restlessness is directly at war with her intense personal loyalty to her crew, leaving Oakland‘s tactical officer in a constant state of personal conflict as she’s forced to choose time and again between requesting a transfer to somewhere more exciting, or her personal connection to those she serves with.
