Elizabeth Zhang

Commander Elizabeth Zhang is the commanding officer of the starship Hipparchus. A flight control officer by training, Zhang finds her small survey ship to be a double-edged sword: she likes the independence of having her own command, but the actual assignment is quite boring. She yearns for a more important command, as well as a promotion to captain, something she feels she has earned after nearly four years in command of Hipparchus.
