Summary
Jonathan has always been born into leadership, his family and siblings were generally in a place of authority in their respective science fields which naturally drew him towards the same area.
During his time at Starfleet Academy, he was always arguing with his peers, questioning the way the teaching methods were drawn out, and making his way through numerous roles up to Commander, he was always wanting to push himself, and this was presented to him with his promotion to Captain and the placement of a new ship, the USS Burbank, a fresh crew and new boots to fill, he is hoping to make this placement one of his greatest and hope to fulfil his purpose in leadership.
Appearance
Jonathan has contrasting blonde hair and a tall built physique, his overall fitness regime consists of a daily routine workout and likes to stay in as best shape he can to ensure his performance matches his role.
Personality
He has a sense of authority that comes with himself and the role he steps into, being very approachable at any time allows him to be respected and trusted, and having his science background allowed him to adopt this towards others.
His witty remarks come with a touch of class but not as much to step over the line to make people feel small, and being naturally compassionate on the inside keeps him human towards any situation.
History
Growing up in San Francisco, Earth, he began his fascination for the stars and a dream of commanding a starship from home, his family was from a science background and his grounding was set there to begin with.
Accepted into Starfleet Academy at 21, Jonathan perfected his knowledge of starship science operations, leadership, and exploration. After graduating, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant on the USS Exeter, where he gained practical experience and quickly rose through the ranks pushing himself as far as he could.
As he progressed from Lieutenant to Commander, skipping the junior roles by point of his mentors, he took on additional responsibilities and stood out enough to be offered his first leadership role, as Captain, on the USS Burbank.
