Summary
An engineer with a loud laugh and easy going manner, he is still quite talented as one would expect of a Starfleet engineer. Has just been assigned as the USS San Diego as his second posting as a Chief Engineer.
Appearance
Tall, broad-shouldered and dark skinned. Keeps a very short but neatly trimmed beard and short hair. Is usually smiling and easy of demeanor. He tends to cut a dashing figure that is at odds the rough and tumble attitude he tends to show.
