Rebecca Fuller

Captain Rebecca Grace Fuller is a Human female Starfleet line officer and Starfleet Intelligence station chief of the Mizar sector. She has experience in many fields ranging from intelligence to tactical and even science and medical. Fuller is a well decorated veteran of the Dominion War having served in at least three of the major early battles during the war and spending the rest in intelligence. She is an invaluable asset capable of devising a complex plan on the fly. During any situation she constantly re assesses the situation adjusting her strategy and tactics when the need arises. Most would describe her as a fair-minded and rational person who takes everything someone says with a grain of salt until she proves it to be true.
