Macalor Aryn

Lieutenant Macalor Aryn serves as the science specialist on the USS Blackbird, and is a part of its field operations team. A talented and capable biochemist, his well-rounded education from the academic comforts of his homeworld, Ardana, and the rigours of Starfleet Academy allow him to serve as the traditional omni-disciplinary Starfleet science officer. More of a researcher, Aryn only moved into fieldwork later in his career, but has taken to it with his usual enthusiasm and thoughtfulness, treating life-or-death situations as seriously as he would any scholarly challenge.
