Tesh Noreen

Coming originally from several decades of service in the Starfleet Auxiliary, Noreen joins the Initiative not as a scientist but as a seasoned facilitator and manager. Behind the scenes this confident and humble man has quietly helped keep Starfleet and by extension the Federation running across two quadrants. From mining projects on the Cardassian Border to resupply runs on the distant tips of the Beta Quadrant, Noreen’s skill lies not in what he knows but rather who he knows. Long ago the Captain learnt that he couldn’t know everything but he could know enough people who did. With such a complicated and delicate project full of unknowns Starfleet offered him a full commission and Noreen loves a challenge. Often found wandering the various labs used by the initiative, he is a kindly and paternal figure who knows every nut, bolt and scientist in the cluster.
