Appearance
At 6’2, Blackford is slim but well built. His blue eyes sparkle with a gentle kindness, and he always has a slight smile, be it warm or mocking. Hair short and sandy blonde, Blackford exemplifies a well turned-out Starfleet Officer, and takes great pride in his formal, yet approachable appearance.
Personality
He is generally liked by his peers for his easy personality and unique way of looking at things. A fairly funny man, Blackford is able to be serious when he needs to be – and can always be counted on in a crunch situation – but tends to joke around more than most, when the circumstances permit.
