Appearance
Although her height might be considered average for her species her build is slightly heavy set, that along with somewhat angular facial features that can give her a harsh or cold appearance. As a way of compensating she, from early teens she had a tendancy for looser clothing in informal settings and a tendancy to stick to a jupsuit and lab coat during academy and early career. Recent shuffles on to her duties, including the addition of bridge watches are pushing her to confront these insecurities.

Racshaw has a keen focus on details and specifics. She has a tendancy and quite likes to rundown problems to a conclusion. taking great pride in a completed task. Even if that means working away in the background and may go largely unnoticed.
An uncanny sense of matches or miss-matches, data or phrases or actions that run counter to all other information on offer become apparent to her. This comes out as strong sense and value of both honesty and fairness, but it does mean she picks up on flaws which can be a double edged sword at times, the young woman is still working out when to tell and when to hold back.
